Greetings, Garner Elementary Families!
As you can see, we have almost finished installation of our Phase I playground which includes a small preschool structure as well as a structure for grades K-2 and swings on the east side of the building. We are awaiting more mulch and will also need to lay tiles and finish the ramp access but hope the playground will be accessbile to students soon! Be sure to thank all of the businesses who have helped us reach this stage.
As great as it is to have Phase I wrapping up, we are still fundraising for Phase II which will include a structure for students in grades 3-6 on the west side of the building. The cost for Phase II is projected at $81,678 and so we have a lot of fundraising yet to do. Here's how you can help today:
